COVID-19 UPDATE

Vavana has implemented new safety procedures to ensure the safety of our team members, valued customers, as well as our local communities. In order to maintain a safe environment for our team members and customers, we've implemented rigorous cleaning and disinfecting procedures within our production, packing, and shipping process.

While we are working hard to make sure we do our best to keep up with demand, we are experiencing delays in order processing. We follow safety procedures to minimize the impact to our customers while staying devoted to implementing new measures to remain safe and efficient. With that said, all carriers are experiencing delays across their delivery networks due to increased demand and humanitarian aid delivery prioritization. This includes updates to order tacking and delivery times.

Please note we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address. Additionally, once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. 

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We carefully handcraft all our products within 2-7 days. Add this time to the total delivery time to calculate when you will receive your item.

 

WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG?

That's because all our products are handmade. Once we finish working on your item, we pack it up and send it to the post office. Then we share the tracking number with you so that you can follow your parcel. Please note that shipping to the Unites States usually takes between 7-21 business days.

 

ORDER DELAYS

Sometimes things don't go as planned, and delays happen. They occur rarely and usually are caused by factors that are outside of our control. Should this predicament happen, we ask you to kindly remain patient and understanding. To eliminate any possibility of a delay, please make sure you enter the correct delivery details. If you have mistakenly filled in the form, don’t hesitate to contact us at orders@vavana.co. We will solve this issue as soon as we can to ensure you receive your item quickly. If the delivery time is already up and you still haven't received your package, please contact us at orders@vavana.co so that we can see what went wrong.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is fulfilled. Simply click on your tracking link in the email to view the up to date tracking information. For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was shipped more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
