Returns & Exchanges

We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we provide guarantees that ensure you’ll receive your item.

Everyone who shops receives the following guarantees:

  • Full Refund if you don’t receive your order.
  • Replacement if the item is damaged.
  • Exchanges for size related issues*

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (35 business days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a reshipment.

Your refund will not be approved if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • *We offer exchanges for size-related issues unless your order was placed using a discount code, all discounted items are final sale. 
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of vavana (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of vavana.

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (35 business days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message to hello@vavana.co

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
