Returns & Exchanges
We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we provide guarantees that ensure you’ll receive your item.
Everyone who shops receives the following guarantees:
- Full Refund if you don’t receive your order.
- Replacement if the item is damaged.
Please note that once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date. If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (60 business days) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
Your refund will not be approved if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Size related issues: We advise that you to refer to our size charts or contact us with size related questions prior to making your purchase.
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Vavana (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, intimates, harnesses, bodysuits, swim, toys and shape-wear are non-returnable and are final sale.
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Vavana.
*You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (60 business days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels.
